We use only the freshest and finest ingredients and source as close to home as possible. We love to support other artisans in their work and are thrilled when we can use fruit, honey, flowers, wines and spirits, or other ingredients produced by people we know first hand.

All of our confections are hand crafted and no two batches are ever exactly alike. We strive to produce food that can be savored with all the senses.
